Renovation of a 5 bedroom 1950’s detached house in a prime residential area of Bath. 

A 1400 sq ft, two floor extension, with cantilevered 1st floor was added to create 5 double bedrooms. A stunning 900 sq ft open plan kitchen, dining room and family seating area was designed to seamlessly connect with the garden. The result created a luxury and contemporary family house.
